How will you differentiate yourself among your peers as you begin to think about life beyond college?  What unique experiences and opportunities will set you apart?  If you are searching for answers to these questions and more, you have come to the right place.  On September 20, 2014, TCNJ's Pi Sigma Epsilon chapter will be hosting its Inaugural Sales Competition.  The mission is to provide students with the unique opportunity to participate in a selling role-play that encourages the development of the essential skills needed to succeed in sales while gaining exposure and guidance from experienced sales professionals.  

This competition features many unique opportunities to competitors, including individualized coaching with sales professionals, a career fair with networking opportunities, a professional development session, and the opportunity to compete against collegiate students from several colleges/universities in the Tri-State area.  In addition, recruiters from several top firms in the area will be looking to identify top talent for both internship and full-time positions.  The competition itself consists of a 15-minute sales call role play, where each competitor acts as a sales representative selling to a prospective 'buyer'. Competitors will be judged by sales professionals on several criteria that are important to a real life sales call.  Finalists will be selected and recognized, and the first place winner will receive a $500 prize!
 
Due to capacity constraints along with an effort to provide a welcoming and engaging environment for all competitors, participation in this competition is reserved for the first 50 registrants with the remainder being placed on a waiting list.  Once registered via the form below, a member of TCNJ's Pi Sigma Epsilon chapter will be in touch shortly via e-mail with next steps and payment details.  Specific information about the case, judging rubric, and day-of logistics will be provided several weeks before the competition.  The cost of participation is $50, which includes all sessions listed in the day's schedule including lunch and dinner.  Payment will be accepted via check or a third party online payment system (Venmo).
